1. License Grant

• Allowed Use: SpeechCue grants you a personal, non-exclusive license. Individual users, creators, and professionals are permitted to use the app for study, office work, and content creation (including but not limited to monetized videos, livestreams, teaching, and business presentations).
• Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of any original content (such as scripts and recorded videos) generated using the application.
• Prohibited Conduct: You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the app or its Pro membership to third parties. Reverse engineering, cracking, or unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited. Large-scale automated or institutional deployment requires a separate license.

2. Service Description

SpeechCue provides AI-powered smart follow teleprompting, video recording, script management, and cloud sync services. Certain advanced features (e.g., up to 4K 60Hz recording, unlimited script storage, cross-device sync) are only available to Pro subscribers.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Pro Membership: Subscription fees will be charged through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: All billing and refunds are handled directly by the app stores (Apple/Google). Please follow the refund rules of the respective platform.
• Feature Changes: We reserve the right to adjust the scope of features for the free and Pro versions at any time.

4. Speech Recognition & AI Features

SpeechCue uses advanced speech matching algorithms. You understand and agree that recognition accuracy may be affected by ambient noise, pronunciation clarity, dialects, or hardware limitations. The app does not guarantee perfect alignment in all environments.

5. User Content & Lawful Use

You are solely responsible for any content generated using this app (such as scripts and videos). You agree not to use this app for any illegal activities, infringe on others' intellectual property, or distribute harmful information.

6. Intellectual Property

SpeechCue and its source code, design, and algorithms are owned by the developers. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or make unauthorized modifications to the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SpeechCue is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Amendments to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
